So it turns out that...

a1y_puffThey had to remove TWO of my toenails. Including the big toe.
So when I was already on the operating table, the doctor was all, "So~ do you want to have one removed first or the both of them~?" andI was like "Wait, what, BOTH O_O"
And yeah. I freaked out a little there, and my mom had to shush me a bit XD;;;
The nurse said take both off so I wil lonly suffer this once, but I was scared because--duh, it's the big toe! the other toenails are small, but that one is big and I couldn't imagine having it--bare without a nail.
But then we tried one toe--the one nnext to the big toe, what do you call it?--and well. It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. So I decided to have the big toenail removed to and just get it over with.
So yeah, now I have two toes without nails. Fun? XD;;; I;m wearing sandals to work, lol. The doctor said they'll grow back in--six months, maybe. Such a long time :/
Anyway, thank you so much for your supports in my last entry! Sorry I didn't reply earlier. Yahoo put all LJ notif to spam so I didn't see any xp

The pic was of the toes when I changed the bandage for the first time. It effin hurt so bad, especially the big toe. The bandage was glued to the flesh by the blood, and it goddamn hust when I tried to pull the bandage off. I cried XD;;
But then right after I cried and it was removed, I immediately took my phone and took a pic of them, and my mom was all "....durrr!" XDDD
So yeha, Ryu, there's your gory pic! :p

Ouch! Sorry about your nails and not being around during your hard times. Things have been busy and stressful. What exactly happened to your nails that required them to be removed? Were they infected? I don't think I would have been able to handle the pain.

Date: 2010-12-02 08:25 am (UTC)I'm glad things are better. I didn't find the picture too bad, probably because I'm in healthcare. I kind of felt the pain when I saw it. Fungi infection can often happen on skin and nails. Infections and diseases get worse and harder to treat the longer we put them off.
My family doesn't really celebrate Christmas either. They don't really celebrate anything, but they go with the flow by putting up decorations and sending out cards and present.

So yeah we'll see.

Due to an akuma ability.Komui's concotion/some curse, Kanda was turned back to a child--but not just shrinking like in the zombie ark. He lost his "adult" memories and behaved exactly like how he was when he was young as Allen had seen in his memories.
Aaaaand Allen is stuck babysitting him, loool. Don't you think it's gonna be hilarious? And somehow Kanda'd get attached to him at some point, and when he turned back to normal, he;d still have the memories during the time Allen was babysitting him... lol
