So... I woke up at 5.30 a.m. today as per usual and, as per usual, I checked my facebook and email with my phone, and I got this email from dotmmon.net regarding the UFO AWARDS and guess what?
I won both first place and second place in the D.Gray-Man Category O_O.
My fic Clockwatching has somehow made it to the first place, followed by Not Quite Sleepless Nights as the runner up.
I didn't expect this at all. I did hope I'd get a place but not both the first and second. But anyway, thank you so much for everyone who supports and voted for my fics! I'm grateful and happy that people like what I wrote :D
Also, congratulations for
metisket whose Hard Living won the 3rd place and the member's choice. I personally was rooting for Hard Living, actually :D
I also want to congratulate
nayru774 whose Gone Forever is included in the Honorable Mentions for the WIP Category. I'm so happy that it got in! It's one of my fave fics <33
As for the Prince of Tennis category, I didn't get any place this year, but I'm happy that my dearest
tacuma811 made it to the third place with her Endless Love, Endless Road which was a birthday present for me for last year. Congratz Ann-chan! And even Detective Tezuka is included in the Honorable Mentions for the WIP Category. I'm so proud of you! <3
Well, I guess that's it for now. Once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for my dearest readers and friends who have been supporting me and my fanfics! I love you all!
P.S. Clockwatching is now available for the Best Overall Fanfictions of 2009 so if you'd like, you could VOTE HERE. Although that means you will need to READ EVERY WINNING FIC FROM EVERY FANDOM available there. Ahahaha.... ^^;;
