I'll try to be creative with the answers, and if I feel like it, I'll answer for more than one of the options :D

1. Fay came up with various nicknames for Kurogane coz he thought that Kurogane had this "dark aura" around hm, and was in thorough need of something to brighten it up.
2. Fay started to smile because Ashura-Ou had said that his smile made people happy. But then after the incident which caused him had to leave his country, he started smiling to hide himself.
3. Lately though, he smiled because a certain someone seemed to think that he was precious enough that the said someone had sacrifice his arm. Fay's smile was more genuine from then on.

1. Reborn. Coz hell, he's not a shotacon or something. and besides, he was merely interested in Reborn coz the baby is somewhat mysterious... right?
2. Lambo, child or adult version. I don't think you need an explanation as to why Hibari would never fall for Lambo >.>
3. Yamamoto. The baseball freak is too dumb for his taste, and is too friendly and... well, just not his type, I guess.
4. Gokudera. They'll end up killing each other, really... Gokudera pisses him off, what with his undying loyaty to the no-good Tsuna, following the tenth everywhere like some loyal dog to his owner. Can he give them some time alone?
... wait, no.. scratch that or he'll bite me to death.
5. Tsuna. This guy just pisses him off, always bringing his friends everywhere while Hibari doesn't like people grouping with each other coz it shows that they're weak. and Hibari knows Tsuna's not reall weak... or so Reborn said.
And Tsuna should know better then showing up in front of him with those "friends" so that they can have some quality time... *avoids tonfa*
Err... whoever said that Hibari was gay?!

~He's so loyal to his friends, and he's kind at heart. he's always the one to brighten the mood, and aside of Tsuna, he's the one who can, more-or-less, tame Gokudera :p

(D) Five things that would never happened to Tezuka
1. Being crowded, or worse, touched by his fangirls. His permanent glare Saves him from the troubles. Never let your guard down.
2. Getting detention from forgetting his homework. There's just no way Tezuka would forget doing his homework, or deliberately not doing them. He's far too serious and responsible to do that.
3. Fallen victim to any of Inui's concoctions. He just happens to have a strong stomach and tongue not to be affected much by the strange beverages. I bet he can even take Aozu, which even Fuji couldn't take.
4. Fallen asleep during classes. He's always focus to the lessons, making sure the teacher is not giving them the wrong information. although in his second year, the reason of why he would never fall asleep during classes was because a certain smiling prodigy kept him distracted most of the time.
5. Fallen in love with Fuji. Simply because Tezuka didn't fall. Rather, ever since he met Fuji, Tezuka had learnt about many things about the tensai. He had learnt to enjoy the other's presence, to differentiate many of Fuji's smiles, to see thngs hidden behind the smiling mask... he had learnt to accept Fuji and to open up a bit to the other boy.
To top it all, he had learnt to love Fuji. See? He didn't fall in love with Fuji. He learnt to love him.
And since I love him so much, I'll answer another option.
(E) Five people Tezuka would never fall in love with.
1. Echizen. Even though the rookie is only two years younger, Tezuka somehow thought that he would be in love with a kid if EVER he fell for Echizen. Echizen was like a brother he never has for Tezuka, and that is all.
2. Atobe. He doesn't think he could stand those arrogant, full-of-himself attitudes of Atobe. and Atobe injured his arm (though partly it was his own fault). He appreciate Atobe's talent and his determination and loyalty to his team, but that is all. Atobe is a good rival, and will never be more.
3. Sanada. He doesn't need another walking frowns aside of himself. The world will look soooo gloomy, or so Fuji said. Sanada already has Yukimura anyway. and he already have his own smiling prodigy.
4. Ryuuzaki Sakuno. the girl is obviously in love with Echizen, so he won't bother. I don't think he even glance her way. and he only sees her as his coach's granddaughter. I bet he even forget that fact, sometimes >.>
5. Fuji Yuuta. Tezuka knew better then to even have his eyes on Yuuta. he would suffer Fuji's wrath for multiple times, and he sure doens't want that.
And besides, he laready have his eyes on the older brother, though .(Please note that I am biased)

1. Fuji wasn't born smiling. He had learnt to smile often coz as a child, Yumiko told him that each smile makes the world better. When he had grown a little older, however, he found out that his smiling habit had somehow made him unreadable, and he thought it was kinda cool. so he kept smiling.
2. Fuji knows Yuuta loves him. Which is why he feels so guilty for Yuuta's insecurities coz the little brother keeps being compared to his aniki. Fuji keeps teasing Yuuta in his attempt to kep their brotherly relationship from being awkward. That, of course, aside of the fact that he likes to se Yuuta blushes coz Yuuta looks really cute when blushing.
3. When he first met Tezuka, he wondered why the boy had a constant frown o his face. He had mused that Tezuka was kinda like his exact opposite. So, he approach the stoic boy and attempted to be his friends, thinking that they would look like yin and yang. wouldn't it be amusing? Later did he realize that, indeed, he and Tezuka had somehow completed each other, and they just naturally fit together and became insepearable, just like the yin and yang.
And just like Tezuka, I'll answer option E too.
Five People Fuji would never fall in love with.
1. Echizen. He thought Echizen is cute, in some ways, and is challenging too. and it's true Echizen is like a miniature of Tezuka... but that's exactly the point. He doesn't need the "miniature" when he has the "real thing". Though he considers adopting Echizen as his son if ever he and Tezuka are married. LOL.
2. Atobe. He is an amusing person, indeed. but he's too haughty for Fuji's liking. But he injured Tezuka. Atobe should be thankful Fuji didn't take revenge on him that time. and besides, Atobe already has his own "tensai" at Hyoutei.
3. Oshitari. He would make a perfect partner-in-crime, but that is all. and if he wants to keep Atobe's hand off Tezuka, he better keeps his hands off Oshitari too.
4. Eiji. Eiji is his forever best firend. period.
5. Yukimura. Little can caused Fuji to have a goosebumps. the thought of him and Yukimura together is one of them. Imagine what would become of the world if two smiling saidsts were together... uji decided that for the greater good of the world, he is not, will not, and shall not fall in love with Yukimura and
stick forever with his stoic soulmate.... did I make any sense at all? shoot me now >.>

1. He was annoyed beyond words the first time Fye gave him those weird nicknames. after some time though, he's started to get used to them.
2. As time went by, he started to feel that those nicknames from Fye was somewhat endearing. though of ourse, he would never admit it out loud (he would rather cut his tongue, I suppose). that's why when Fye was turned into a vampire and stopped calling him with those nicknames, he felt something was missing, and that he had somehow preferred Fye kept calling him with those weird names.
3. Kurogane had somehow felt responsible over the group. that's why, when Fye was about to sacrifice himself, Kurogane was willing to sacrifice his arm to save Fye. but somehow, deep in his heart, he knew that what urged him to save the magician was something bigger than mere responsibilities.
.... I'm a KuroFye fan, mind you.. XD

~Well he's cute, for one. and he's strong. He managed to live and still smiling and all, even after his own mother rejected him and chose to forget him. He could also keep a normal act when facing his mother and sister, whom he has longed for all these time.. awww~
