You guys know about Baby Blue Syndrome ne? Do you think it could apply to animals as well?

Okay, it's a weird line to start a post sorry. so let me start over... XD
I might have told you guys that I often feed some stray cats around my house, ne? some time ago, one of them, (my mom named her "Bambi") was seen pregnant. she's been coming to my house ever since she was still a kitten, and I can always find her around my house. when she was pregnant, I have to admit that she might be a bit too young, though (but she's a cat!) and so we just wait for when she'd give birth to her babies.

not long ago, it seemed like the babies had been born, but we couldn't find them around our house. we thought that she might hid them somewhere, so we didn't bother. but even after giving birth, she seemed to always hang around my house. so we thought, when would she takes care of her kids?

Last Friday, when I was away for a sleepover in my friend's house, the kittens had been found. my mom text messaged me that they heard some meowing and when she asked my brother to check, he ended up bringing the kittens home! apparently, they were abandoned by their mother. the helper next door was the one who found them stuck on the rooftop, so she brought them down and wait for their mother to come pick them up. but Bambi never took them. she said that Bambi seemed to be scared over her own babies, that she wouldn't feed them. and I've seen myself too, when I tried to shove the kittens to her, she immediately back down and hiss. I've read a manga about a dog who won't feed it's babies for some psychological reason. I wonder if it's a Baby Blue Syndrome or what.

And so the story goes... with some pics on the kittens XD )
