Of Kitten and Meme XDDD

a1y_puffOh, dear internet, finally you're back *huggles internet*
Well anyway, sorry I haven't been on line only for two days and my f-list... oh dear, I have dificulties catching up with my f-list!! *fails*
blame my lame internet >.<
By the way, yesterday I just rescued a kitten XD *throws dramatic BGM around here* *is shot*
So, I was reading mangascan (I'm catching up with D.Gray-man. OH HELL I NEED CHAP 153 AND UP!) when I heard little meowing from outside the house. at first, I ignored it since I thought it was probably just some kitten looking for it's mother. But after a while, I considered checking it since, well... the kitten sounded like crying >.<
I went out of the house and was standing in my garden when I heard the meowing was really close. outside my fence, I saw the mother cat I knew just had some kitten not long ago was sitting and the meowing came from near her. I walked closer to the fence yet I saw no kitten near her but the voice was really close.
so, I decided to take a look outside the fence.
That was when I saw it. a poor little kitten had fallen into the gutter!! The gutter was pretty deep, though the water was not much but still a cat wouldn't be able to pick it's child from there.
So much I hate the smell of the gutter, I can't just ignore that poor, helpless little thing, can I? and no one around seems to care, mou! D:
So, I did it. there was a little space I could stand on, on the gutter wall so I didn't need to really step inside the dirty waters (bleh!) and though from the outside I really looked like I was stepping inside, and to grab the poor little kitten I had to bend far down (I held my breath since I didn't want to smell the gutter, obviously) and after I picked the kitten, I immediately got out of the damn gutter!
then, since the kitten was really dirty, me and my mon gave it a bathe so it would be cleaner. afterwards, I fed it with it's mom and sibling. I gave them milk too, as my father advised me to do XD;;
I idly asked my mom that had the kitten fallen in front of someone else's house's gutter, would someone have picked it up?
and my mom said with a (kinda) sad smile that people like us are rare. most of the time, people tend to care less about picking out some random kitten out of the gutter.
that kinda saddened me, though. I mean, how come you ignore such a helpless little being?
but well, maybe my mom and I (and my brother too, actually but he wasn't home yesterday) are too much of a catlover ^^
Oh, the kitten is well now. yesterday it was hanging around in my front garden together with it's mother and sibling, but they wre gone by nighttime. but I think they're fine. When they come again to my house, I'll feed them again x3
