April Fool prank?

*cough* Regarding my previous entry in which I said I heard lots of people talking about our Government plan to entirely ban certain sites along with porn sites, so far I think it's not true. in fact, the government make a software that should be used in ALL internet cafe; that software is to block porn sites. however, the lists of the sites they plan to block is not out yet.
So that means, even if LJ, dA and messengers are on the list, I still can access them with my home internet, YAY!!
(the prob is my home internet is kinda lame so I actually prefer the internet cafe, but oh well, as long as I can still access them...)
usually, people (especially UNDERAGE children) access porn sites from the net cafe, coz they don't have the parents to watch them, nor do their parents can check the history. so to prevent underage children to access porn sites, internet cafe MUST use that software.
(But really, for grade schoolers access the porn sites so easily... the adults in the ent cafe should've warn them,,)

well anyway, the issue is not clear yet so I won't talk about this for now.

so what was the ruckuss about blocking sites? a friend of mine said someone (or a group maybe) caused the rumor as an April Fool prank. could it be true? if yes, DAMN those people. lots of people believe them too! D<
oh, according to the rumor, the blocking should be effective by today, but as you guys can see, I can still access LJ today, so it' NOT true after all..

isn't this a little too much for an April Fool prank? heh~

yeah, I dun understand kids these days... where do they get the influence, and aren't their parents teach them not to do that or watch them or... whatever, maybe err... 'plant' the 'value' of virginity?
