Haha, I knooooow. The point is kinda lost when you make them so OOC they're barely recognizable. And it's not just Kanda, even Allen is often described being too soft or too girly... the pint of it being shonen-ai is because both parties are MALE who have manly/boyish qualities!! *argh, sorry for the rant, I can't find too many good fics these days >.>*
I usually intentionally writing long fics only when I'm writing for someone else, like a request or something. I don't know why. A friend of mine said I'm a pressure junkie XD And yes, I'll try to NOT add stupid things. But when I'm inspired, I will probably write longer ^^. I personally love reading long chapters XDD
