Hoshino, you broke my brain

As I said before, I just HAVE to ramble about this chapter because of its brain-killing moment of the year:

*cough*. So yeah. My initial reaction when I heard about it (I haven't read the chapters when bakafia_kawaii told me about it was: aehliuqgrfiuer lefh;iwehfn;qiwehf; qwehn; WTFFFFFFFFFITHINKMYBRAINJUSTBROOOOKEEEEE!!!

And then I read the chapter and found out that apprently, I wasn't the only one with broken brains. Their brains suffered the same fate:


Cyril's and Tyki's faces made me LOL and Wisely's expression is like saying "Aaah, he said it, he actually said it..." and for some reason, for only this I love Wisely so effing much! XD

And this is something that bakafia_kawaii came up with:

"Wut?"
"...man, u srs?"
"There he goes, out of the closet..."
"Oh..?"
".........." *is speechless*

I think I died after she said those, LOL. But they fit so well with the expressions though XD;;

Anyway, moving on. Is it just me that is forgetful or is it really the first time that we ever see Kanda's hair gone wild? 8D


Aaaand BAAAAAAK he proves himself to be awesome in this chapter, haha. Although his pose kind of reminded me of Drabon Ball's Kamehame XD;;


And speaking of which, ol' man Zhu reminds me of Kamesennin. Why is that?


Now for something a bit more serious. This chapter was so full of violence and blood. Ouch, Hoshino. And the fight between Kanda and Alma was kind of tragic too.

I remember bakafia_kawaii commented on this with something along the lines of, "So much for a romance." LOL.

This image kind of pulled at my heartstrings. Kandaaaa ;___;


See Hoshino, you even made Allen suffer that he had to watch his beloved Kanda being hurt like that.


And Kanda just snapped didn't he? What's with the "destroy, destroy, destroy" he kept on chanting? Reminded me of Alma when he went berserk the first time ;___;

Oh and poor Allen having to be the hero again. But of course, the chapter had to be ended with something so classic 8D


I seriously think this last page was REALLY EPIC! What would be on the next chapter? Would there be a fight between Kanda and Allen? Or would Allen have to fight Kanda while protecting him from Alma too?

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER, HOSHINO~!!! But please stop breaking our brains >____>;;

...I really wonder what's the context of the Earl's words regarding wanting to be by the 14th side. That was totally unexpected...

I think we'll just have to wait XD;;

(okay, slept a few hours now) Earlx14th: .....this is one of those moments when I ignore the yaoi fangirl in me that tells me THEY'RE SO CANON, LOOK AT THAT and firmly tell myself, "it's only brotherly love, it's only brotherly love, it's only brotherly love...."
(if I'm repeating that over and over while sitting in a corner, hugging my knees and rocking back and forth like a deranged person whose brain just broke, well, that's a minor detail not even worth mentioning)

Kanda's hair. Hmmmmm. Kanda's hair.
(I have no further comments on the matter)

Also, I'm beginning to wonder about Kanda's sanity. I think so far pretty much everyone, and not just me, thinks he's escaped the whole "going mad because of recovered memories from original life" thing, but after that I'm beginning to think he simply traded that insanity for another. A subtler one.
(I wrote more about this in the reply to your last email, and I don't feel like writing it again here... which reminds me, I should go finish writing that email so I can send it to you XD)

....I really wonder if Alma will die or not now. Maybe Allen is thinking that kanda can't be the one to do it because they were friends/because none of this is Alma's fault? Or maybe he wants to find a way to really save Alma, get the dark matter cells out of him and somehow put his anger/madness to rest? Allen being the main character, i'm pretty sure he could pull a Messiah-Naruto-I-shall-now-convert-you-to-goodness-with-my-heartfelt-speech. And then, I don't know, use his Sword of Exorcism to destroy the dark matter in Alma?
(if the Sword can even do that... and without kiling Alma. By the way, i still don't get why Tyki's Noah went berserk and didn't die when Allen used it on him)

now I'll go back to my gloomy corner and mutter "it's only brotherly love, it's only brotherly love..." to myself for a few more hours.

maybe I'll actually believe it eventually.

Hmm true... after that horrid past, Kanda's bound to be a little... disturbed ne? Oh, I'd love to see your opinion on this. I'll wait for the email then :)

Before this chappie, I thought Alma would die for sure, but now that Allen's kin of determined to save him... I dunno. Yeah, Allen could be the one doing the 'killing' since yes, he would want to spare Kanda the pain, or maybe he's thinking he can save Alma if he killed him with his sword of exorcism.

...or he could also do the classic Messiah-Naruto-I-shall-now-convert-you-to-goodness-with-my-heartfelt-speech as you put it XDDD

And yeah, I was wondering too, why did Tyki's noah not die. Does that mean that, abck in chap 182, had it not for Kanda snapping him back to himself, the 14th would've gone berserk too?

Ahahaha... I will try not to think about Earl/14th too much. Rawr.
