First of all, I like how you capture cynical yet unwittingly insightful Kanda is. "In his personal opinion which he doesn't bother to share with the others, they all need salvation."
It's so true, because bit by bit, I can see they're losing themselves; their innocence, their youth, their happiness... nevertheless they choose to keep fighting till the end. But thanks to this depressing circumstances as well, they're able to meet each other. Because, let's just say, if only they don't possess superhuman ability, how come they will be able to fight side by side like they usually do? That's why I love about our dear OT4--they're messed up, they consciously walk down the dangerous path that can lead them to destruction, yet amidst this terrible war, they help each other to grow. It's beautiful, and we can't help but hoping that someday, there will be days where they can be happy, as much as they can be, because we know they deserve it.
Kanda cares, but he doesn't want to admit it. It's funny and endearing at the same time. I can picture him posing like a nonchalant buddy, but he actually examines his friends' nature in silence. It's like a deep-rotted love in disguise--you cover it up in order not to fall to deep into it. Maybe because Kanda knows how fragile life is? Combine that with his terrible past, he's got the reason to do so, however, just like Lavi who is bounded by duty, while they try their best to restrain themselves, in the end they just can't. Allen can't say it better, Kanda is definitely losing. XDD
Kehadiran Lenalee sebagai figur penengah sekaligus 'ibu pengganti' bagi ketiga cowok itu rasanya menenangkan banget. Aku ketawa begitu tahu Lenalee menghadiahkan ikat rambut (dan baju sehari-hari, setiap Natal), benar-benar meenyiratkan kesan bahwa Lenalee mengenal tabiat Kanda yang praktis. Sedangkan hadiah Lavi mungkin lebih menyindir sisi lain Kanda yang ternyata suka hal-hal aneh? Huehehehe... tambah lagi, meskipun kesal, Kanda gak membuang semua barang yang pernah diberikan Lavi sepulang misi. Uwaaah~ hints LaviYuu-nya masif, neesan! Dan seperti biasa, Yullen ala neesan selalu cracky dan heboh, hohoho... "Why do you guys love to push me, anyway?" >>> SUKA SUKA SUKA banget sama yang satu itu!! LOL, mungkin karena Allen adalah fandom-wh*re? 'Didorong' ke siapapun kayaknya sah-sah aja, dan kita tahu kombinasi pairing Allen/everyone itu paling banyak dibanding karakter-karakter lain. *pats Allen*
